Pavilion available to rent located at Riggs Park! The park is located on Martinsville Road off of Huron River Drive. The Pavilion is located directly off of the parking lot and adjacent to the restrooms and walking trails. Pavilion accommodates up to 50 individuals. Pavilion has limited electricity and no grills or water available. Picnic tables available.
NO INFLATABLES/MOON CASTLES/BOUNCE HOUSES, TENTS (of any size), DJ, or AMPLIFIED BANDS are permitted at Riggs Park. Do not hang/tape any signage on the park-owned signs or message center. Remove all decorations and tape/string placed in/on the pavilion, on/under tables vacating.

Rental Fees (Per Day 8 am - 8 pm):
Van Buren Township Resident: $120
Non-Resident: $140
Van Buren Public School Groups: $50 (Contact 734-699-8921 to Schedule)
No refunds. $25 Date Change Fee.
The rental season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Van Buren Township Residents may rent pavilions starting in January of each new year.
Non-residents may rent after March 1.
