POUND - Fall Session 1

A full-body fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and drumming movement to create a fun fitness jam session in this SIX-week series.

They class uses weighted drumsticks called Ripstix to choreographed routines set to popular music. Participants stand, sit, lunge, squat and lay down to work different muscle groups. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle to class.

Drop-in fee for this class is $12.00.
